In addition, Blue Moon Construction finished our basement just days before the record-setting rains of 2006, a series of downpours that raised the level of a nearby pond to within 20 feet of my walk-out basement. My stress-level was lessened when JK contacted me during that weekend and offered his personal assistance, should I need sandbags to protect the door to my newly finished basement; he also checked-up on my sump pump's operability. I cannot express what it meant to know that I had an knowledgeable 'friend' in the construction business to put my mind at ease during that particular time."
