"Blue Moon Construction provided my family and I 110% customer satisfaction in the design and building of our finished basement, and took "customer satisfaction" to a whole new level. The job was not considered complete until JK (and I) was satisfied. Understand that JK's expectations are extremely high and he would not take the easy way out, not once. JK made excellent suggestions throughout the design and building process that led to an original and efficiently designed basement. Ronay Customs' employees were very well-mannered and respectful at all times. In addition, Blue Moon Construction finished our basement just days before the record-setting rains of 2006, a series of downpours that raised the level of a nearby pond to within 20 feet of my walk-out basement. My stress-level was lessened when JK contacted me during that weekend and offered his personal assistance, should I need sandbags to protect the door to my newly finished basement; he also checked-up on my sump pump's operability. I cannot express what it meant to know that I had an knowledgeable 'friend' in the construction business to put my mind at ease during that particular time."
