Melissa McGinn

Melissa McGinn is the Marketing and Operations Manager of Blue Moon Construction. Prior to joining Blue Moon Construction Melissa was the U.S. Marketing Manager for DLA Piper LLP. She helped lead the marketing evolution of what was once a national firm Piper Marbury Rudnick & Wolfe LLP with 700 lawyers, to DLA Piper, an international legal practice with more than 3,500 lawyers and revenue approaching $2 billion. Melissa continues to develop and execute Blue Moon's marketing and brand strategies as well as the effective implementation of marketing programs and initiatives.

She is a member of the American Marketing Association and Legal Marketing Association. She has been recognized in Legal Marketing: Solutions for the law firms of tomorrow (for advertising and marketing strategies). She has also received various Legal Marketing Association Your Honor Awards for award winning Advertising Campaigns and Promotional Events. She was acknowledged at the University of Pittsburgh Awards Convocation for academic excellence in the area of Public Personnel and Labor Relations Management and was the recipient of the University of Pittsburgh Erwin S. and Rose F. Wolfson Fellowship Award.

She is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and an honors graduate of the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs where she received her Masters in Public Adminstration. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Virginia.
