What's New with Blue Moon Construction?
In our eight years in business, we have yet to be this excited about Blue Moon and our future outlook in the home remodeling business. The economy has been tough and things are starting to look up. We have proven that if you provide a quality product and stand behind your product, the future is bright. We are not a here today, gone tomorrow company and this helps our clients ensure we will be here for all your home needs whenever that might be.
We are entering the fall season of 2009 and we are going to finish the year strong. We have already booked our calendars for a number of projects until early December. Once again we appreciate all of our customers providing us with plenty of referrals to fill our calendar.
2008 has come and gone, and considering the market, the BLUE MOON followers really helped us out with referrals. Contracts were up 30% and we thank all of our current and previous clients for that. Our 9300 square foot country manor Estate sold in Bristow, VA. We are happy to say, settlement went off without a hitch. We are currently waiting on a few new clients to pick the right time to start their custom homes and we can't wait. The planning stages of a new home are very exciting.
The Remodeling Division had a great year in 2008 and we hope the economy will pick up and we will continue to grow in the right direction. In 2008 we started offering Home Inspection Services under RC Home Inspection Services which went very well. It seems we have grown a good reputation with many local real estate agents and that has helped us to expand. J.K. is still handling all of the Home Inspections with his years of building and inspection experience.
